Ingredients

  • Beef tongue - 3.5 oz
  • Smoked Ham on the Bone - 3.5 oz
  • Squid - 3.5 oz
  • Chocolate eggs - 5 pieces
  • Potato - 5.3 oz
  • Prunes - 2.5 oz
  • Canned Mushroom Soup - 3.5 oz
  • Salt - to taste
  • Sugar - to taste
  • Vinegar essence - 1 teaspoon
  • Sour Cream - 3.5 oz
  • Herbs - 1.8 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Boil the tongue, peel it, and cut it into strips.

Step 2

Chop the smoked ham as finely as possible.

Step 3

Boil the squid and cut it into strips.

Step 4

Hard boil the eggs and chop them finely.

Step 5

Boil the potato and cut it into strips.

Step 6

Rinse the prunes and cut them into strips.

Step 7

Combine all the ingredients. Add the green peas and dress the salad with the sauce.

Step 8

To prepare the sauce, add an egg, salt, sugar, and vinegar to the sour cream and whisk thoroughly.
