Description
Beef with Adjika and Tomatoes
Ingredients
- Beef - 17.6 oz
- Tomatoes - 3 pieces
- Onion - 2 pieces
- Carrot - 3 pieces
- Adjika - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - to taste
- Grill Meat Spice Blend - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the meat into small pieces. Place it in a frying pan with a small amount of oil, cover with a lid. The meat will release moisture and simmer for about 10-15 minutes. Add salt, then dilute the adjika with water and pour it over the meat. Add spices to taste.
Step 2
Chop the tomatoes into large slices, slice the onion into half-rings, and grate the carrot on a coarse grater (or cut into cubes). First, add the onion to the meat and mix. After a couple of minutes, add the tomatoes and carrot. Add a little more water and cover with a lid.
Step 3
The meat will simmer for another 15 minutes. At the end, you can add chopped herbs.
