Ingredients
- Bacon - 3.5 oz
- Dill - 1 bunch
- Butter - 2.6 oz
- Veal Tenderloin - 22.9 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste

Step 1
Soak 12 wooden skewers in a bowl of cold water for 1 hour.
Step 2
Place the beef between 2 layers of plastic wrap and gently pound it into a thin layer, season with salt and pepper. Cut into strips about 3 cm wide. Place 1 thin slice of bacon and a sprig of dill on each piece of beef.
Step 3
Roll the strips into small rolls and thread 3-4 pieces onto each skewer. Grill over coals or in heated oil for 10 minutes, turning frequently.
