Ingredients
- Lamb Neck Fillet - 14.1 oz
- Sweet Pepper - 1 piece
- Vegetable Oil - 2 spoons
- Sesame Oil - 1 tablespoon
- Yakiniku sauce - 2 spoons
- Toasted Sesame - 1 tablespoon
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Lime Juice - 1 tablespoon
- TABASCO® - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Slice the beef into thin pieces, no thicker than 3 millimeters. Cut the bell pepper into small strips.
Step 2
Heat vegetable and sesame oil in a wok until it begins to smoke lightly. Then, press in the garlic.
Step 3
Quickly sear the beef to keep it juicy (about 3 minutes).
Step 4
Add teriyaki sauce, hot sauce, lime juice, and season with salt and pepper.
Step 5
Immediately add the sliced bell peppers to the wok and sprinkle in the sesame seeds. Heat for just one minute, then remove from the heat. Serve right away, preferably with rice.
