Ingredients
- Steaks - 4 pieces
- Garlic - 4 cloves
- Dill - a pinch
- Spiced Tomato Juice - 8 fl oz
- Brown Sugar - 1 teaspoon
- Tomatoes - 1 piece
- Onion - 1 head
- Herbs - 1 bunch
- Lime - 1 piece
- Chopped almonds - 1.1 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Season the meat with salt and fry in olive oil for 7 minutes on each side.
Step 2
Add the garlic cloves and dill seeds. Season with salt, pour in the tomato juice, and simmer for 10–15 minutes on low heat.
Step 3
Dice the tomatoes, chop the onion and herbs. Grate the lime zest, squeeze the juice, and mix it with the tomatoes, onion, herbs, and almonds. Season with salt and sugar. Serve with the meat.
