Description
As a side dish for this meal, you can serve plain rice, as well as rice noodles or egg noodles — they can be boiled and added to the wok right before the lemon juice and cilantro, mixed together with the meat and vegetables.
Ingredients
- Ground coriander - 0 oz
- Onion - ½ heads
- Lamb Neck Fillet - 20 oz
- Broccoli - 15 oz
- Grated Ginger Root - 0 oz
- Lemon - ½ pieces
- Vegetable Oil - 0 fl oz
- Oyster Mushrooms - 0 fl oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Slice the beef tenderloin into thin pieces. Finely chop the ginger and slice the onion into thin half-rings. Break the broccoli into florets and blanch them in boiling water for three minutes. Cool them down to preserve their green color.
Step 2
Heat a wok with vegetable oil and quickly stir-fry the sliced meat until it develops a golden-brown crust.
Step 3
Add the onion and ginger to the skillet, then after a minute, add the oyster sauce and broccoli. Stir-fry for another minute or two, continuously mixing. Remove from heat and season with lemon juice and finely chopped cilantro.
