Ingredients
- Beef - 17.6 oz
- Salad Potatoes - 17.6 oz
- Carrot - 1 piece
- Garlic - 5 cloves
- Onion - 1 head
- Herbes de Provence - to taste
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Olive Oil - 2 teaspoons
- Herbs - 1 stem
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Peel the potatoes, rinse them under running water, dry with a paper towel, and cut into large cubes.
Step 2
Peel the carrot and slice it into rounds about 2–3 mm thick.
Step 3
Cut the medium onion into feathers.
Step 4
Chop the garlic.
Step 5
Rinse the beef, dry it, and cut it into medium pieces.
Step 6
Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl and mix.

Add 2 teaspoons of olive oil.
Step 8
Add salt. You may need a little more or less salt depending on your taste preferences.

Add the Herbes de Provence and mix everything well.

Place all the ingredients in a baking sleeve and tightly tie the ends. You can leave the sleeve unpierced for a juicier dish. Preheat the oven to 392°F and cook for 40 minutes.
