Description
This recipe uses a cut of beef called flank steak — it is quick to prepare and very tender, so it is important not to overcook it while frying. If you are not a fan of cream, you can omit it from the quince and pumpkin and simply simmer them with a bit of water. It is also possible to cook only the pumpkin or only the quince separately. The quality of the garnish will not be lost, but the taste will be sweeter or not. Enjoy your meal!
