Step by Step guide
Step 1
Slice the meat into thin strips and mix with hoisin sauce, minced garlic, and soy sauce. Marinate for 10 minutes.
Step 2
Heat a wok or large skillet with oil and stir-fry the meat for 5 minutes. Transfer it from the skillet.
Step 3
Add the vegetables and sauté for 3 minutes.
Step 4
