Ingredients
- Beef - 5.3 oz
- Onion - 0.9 oz
- Clarified Butter - 0.7 oz
- Spinach - 7.1 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Garlic - to taste
- Parsley - to taste
- Campbell's Beef Broth - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the beef into pieces and pass it through a meat grinder.
Step 2
Sauté the minced meat in butter, then add the sautéed finely chopped onion, minced garlic, washed coarsely chopped spinach, salt, pepper, a little broth made from bones, and mix everything together.
Step 3
Cover the pot with a lid and simmer on low heat until the meat is cooked. Serve the beef sprinkled with parsley.
