- Beef - 17.6 oz
- Scallions - 2 stalks
- Tomatoes - 7.1 oz
- Star anise - 2 pieces
- Grated Ginger Root - 0.1 oz
- Sugar - 4 teaspoons
- Vegetable Oil - 6 tablespoons
- Salt - to taste
- Wheat Flour - 1 tablespoon

Step 1
Wash the meat, cover it with water slightly, and bring to a boil. Cook covered for about 50 minutes.
Step 2
Dice the tomatoes and onions.
Step 3
Peel and slice the ginger. Heat a skillet.
Step 4
Remove the meat, let the broth drain, and cut the meat into cubes.
Step 5
Pour oil into the hot skillet. Sauté the star anise for 1 minute. Add the onions and ginger. Pour in 100 ml of hot broth and bring to a boil.
Step 6
Remove the star anise, ginger, and onions. Add the meat and tomato cubes, simmer for 5 minutes. Season with salt, sprinkle with sugar, and thicken with flour.
