- Lean Beef - 17.6 oz
- Onion - 4.1 oz
- Herbs - 1.4 oz
- Cheese Spread - 1.8 oz
- Salt - 0.2 oz
- Semolina - 0.7 oz
- Ground Black Pepper - 0.1 oz
- Butter - 1.8 oz
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Meyer Lemon Juice - 0 fl oz

Step 1
Mix the spices for the spice blend.
Step 2
Rub the butter with the remaining ingredients, divide into portions, shape into dumplings, and freeze.
Step 3
Chop the onion, garlic, herbs, and cheese in a blender. Add to the ground beef along with the semolina, salt, and half of the spices. Mix thoroughly and let sit for an hour.
Step 4
Grease your hands with butter and shape the patties. Place a frozen butter dumpling in the center of each patty, fold the edges to form the zrazy. Sprinkle with the remaining spices.
