Description
To soften the prunes, soak them in water for several hours beforehand.

- Walnuts - 2.3 oz
- Prunes - 10 pieces
- Yellow Beets - 2 pieces
- Salad Potatoes - 2 pieces
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Carrot - 1 piece
- Ocean salt - to taste
- Mayonnaise - 3.5 oz

Remove the pits from the prunes and chop them.

Chop the walnuts and garlic. Boil the beets, cool them, and grate them on a coarse grater. Mix all these ingredients with the raisins, season with salt, and dress with mayonnaise.
