Beet and Spinach Salad with Feta
Ingredients
- Beet - 1 piece
- Spinach - 2.6 oz
- Feta cheese - to taste
- Extra virgin olive oil - to taste
- Soy Sauce - to taste
- Sesame Seeds - to taste
- Dill - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Boil the beet.
Step 2
In a bowl, mix: spinach, olive oil, and soy sauce. (If the leaves are well coated with the sauce and oil, the entire salad will be filled with excellent flavor.)
Step 3
Beautifully sprinkle on top: chopped beet, feta, dill, and sesame seeds. Done!
Step 4
To diversify the salad, I alternate the following options: (1) sometimes I drizzle balsamic sauce on top, (2) I add either corn or boiled egg to the salad. If you don't like spinach, you can replace it with arugula, kale, or any other favorite greens. Enjoy your meal!
