- Orange Bell Peppers - 2 pieces
- Potato - 1 piece
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Courgette - 1 piece
- Salt - to taste
- Mayonnaise - to taste
- Herbs - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the bell peppers in half and remove the seeds. Set aside two halves of different colors, and chop the rest finely. Also chop the cucumber and tomato finely. Mix everything together.
Step 2
Prepare the dressing for the salad. To do this, mix the finely chopped herbs with mayonnaise and salt, and squeeze the garlic into the mixture. Mix well and dress the dish with the mixture.
Step 3
Place the finished salad into the remaining halves of the bell peppers. Garnish with herbs to taste.
