Ingredients
- Orange Bell Peppers - 4 pieces
- Pickled Chanterelles - 7.1 oz
- Chicken fillet - 7.1 oz
- Tomatoes - 3 pieces
- Turnips - 2 pieces
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Olive Oil - 2 tablespoons
- Dill - 1 bunch
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Dice the carrots, mushrooms, and chicken fillet into small cubes.
Step 2
Sauté the ingredients in vegetable oil for 10 minutes, then add the tomatoes and cook for another 2–3 minutes.
Step 3
Add the chopped dill and mix well.
Step 4
Clean the peppers, cut them in half lengthwise, stuff them with the prepared filling, place them in a greased baking dish, pour in a little water, and bake in the oven at 356°F for 20 minutes.
