Ingredients

  • Orange Bell Peppers - 4 pieces
  • Honey - 7.1 oz
  • Chicken Egg - 1 piece
  • Butter - 0.7 oz
  • Salt - to taste
  • Mild Chili Spice - to taste
  • Herbs - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

For the filling: mash the feta cheese with a fork or grate it. Add the egg, salt, and ground chili pepper, and mix well.

Step 2

Cut off the tops of the bell peppers with the stems, remove the seeds and membranes, and rinse them. Large peppers can be cut in half to form boats.

Step 3

Fill the cleaned peppers with the filling and fry in a pan with heated butter for 1-2 minutes on each side.

Step 4

Transfer the peppers to a greased baking sheet and bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 392°F.

Step 5

Garnish with chopped herbs.
