  • Orange Bell Peppers - 4 pieces
  • Pickled Chanterelles - 7.1 oz
  • Onion - 1 head
  • Cheese Spread - 3.5 oz
  • Olive Oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Soy Sauce - 2 tablespoons
  • Walnuts - 2.3 oz
  • Parsley - 2.1 oz
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste
  • Salt - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Cut the yellow sweet bell peppers in half, remove the stems and seeds, and immerse them in boiling salted water for 5 minutes.

Step 2

Finely chop the onion and lightly sauté it in olive oil. Chop the mushrooms, add finely chopped parsley, soy sauce, pepper, salt, and mix with the walnuts and mushrooms.

Step 3

Fill the pepper halves with the resulting mixture, place them on a greased baking sheet, and bake in the oven.
