Add the Japanese plum wine to the shaker.

Add the peach liqueur.
Step 4
Next, pour in the peach puree.
Step 5
Shake well.

Prepare a narrow high glass. It is advisable to chill it beforehand.

Pour the cocktail from the shaker into the glass.
Step 8
Top up with sparkling wine.
