Ingredients
- Salt - to taste
- Wheat Flour - 3 cups
- Water - ½ cup
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Pork Blood - 21.2 oz
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Onion - 1 head
- Vegetable Oil - 13 fl oz
- Breadcrumbs - 10.6 oz
- Sour Cream - 8.8 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Sift the flour, mound it up, make a well in the center, pour in the water and egg, add salt, knead the dough, cover with a cloth, and let it rest for 20 minutes.
Step 2
Pass the meat and onion through a meat grinder, add salt and pepper to taste, and mix well.
Step 3
Roll the dough into a rope, cut it into small pieces, and roll out thin circles. Place a teaspoon of meat filling on each circle, tightly seal the edges, and form into dumplings.
Step 4
Drop the dumplings into boiling salted water and cook until they float to the surface.
Step 5
Then, use a slotted spoon to remove the dumplings and immediately coat them in breadcrumbs.

Fry the dumplings in a heated pan with vegetable oil until golden brown.
