Ingredients
- Poultry - 7.1 oz
- Ham - 1.8 oz
- Pickled Chanterelles - 7.1 oz
- Salad Potatoes - 3 pieces
- Chocolate eggs - 3 pieces
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Eel - to taste
- Cheese Spread - 3.5 oz
- Mayonnaise - to taste
- Herbs - 1 bunch
- Garlic - 1 clove
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Peel the potatoes, julienne them, and fry in vegetable oil with salt.
Step 2
Boil the chicken fillet and cut into small pieces.
Step 3
Cut the ham into strips.
Step 4
Rinse the pickled champignon mushrooms and cut them in half.
Step 5
Wash the lettuce leaves and dry them.
Step 6
Boil the eggs hard and separate the whites from the yolks. Finely chop the whites.
Step 7
Grate the cheese on a fine grater. Mash the egg yolks with the cheese.

Chop the parsley and combine it with the cheese and egg. Add the minced garlic and a bit of mayonnaise. Mix thoroughly and form balls from the cheese mixture - 'bird eggs'.

Combine the chicken meat, mushrooms, ham, and egg, and mix with mayonnaise.

Place the resulting mixture on the lettuce leaves and top with the fried potatoes. Place the cheese balls on top.
