Ingredients

  • Veal Tenderloin - 17.6 oz
  • Olive Oil - 1½ tablespoons
  • Butter - 0.4 oz
  • Sumac - 1½ teaspoons
  • Marjoram - ½ teaspoon
  • Herbes de Provence - ½ teaspoon
  • Meyer Lemon Juice - 1 teaspoon
  • Chili jam - to taste

Place the steak on foil and brush with olive oil.
