Step by Step guide
Step 1
Marinate the ribs in sea salt, pepper, oil, and rosemary for 1 hour. Then, place the ribs in a pot, cover with cold water, and set on the stove. Once it reaches a boil, simmer for another hour. After that, remove from heat and let them cool in the water (the water should cool completely).
Step 2
Prepare the glaze: heat honey in a saucepan and add thyme, 3 grams of finely chopped garlic, and grated ginger root. Stir constantly to lightly sauté the garlic. Then, add soy sauce and mix well until smooth. Reduce the heat and simmer for 5 minutes, then remove from heat.
Step 3
Season the cooked ribs at room temperature with salt and pepper, then sear them in a skillet for 2 minutes on each side. Remove from heat.
Step 4
Sauté Kenyan beans in vegetable oil with added salt, finely chopped garlic, and lime juice.
Step 5
Arrange the cooked ribs on a plate and brush them with glaze. Place the sautéed beans next to them. Serve with Satsivi sauce.
