- Black Beans - 14.8 oz
- Lime Juice - 2 tablespoons
- Mirin - 1 tablespoon
- Olive Oil - 2 tablespoons
- Ground Cumin - ¼ teaspoon
- Salt - to taste

Boil the corn or roast it in the oven.
