- Salsa Sauce - ½ cup
- Lemon Juice - 1 tablespoon
- Celery Greens - 1 bunch

Soak the beans overnight. The next day, boil them in salted water for 1 hour over medium heat with a lid (until cooked).

Chop the tomatoes, pepper, and greens, and place them in a salad bowl.
