Ingredients
- Yellow Cherry Tomatoes - 7 pieces
- Red cocktail cherry - 7 pieces
- Arugula - ½ bunch
- Fresh basil leaves - ½ bunch
- Green onion tops - ½ bunch
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Turnips - 4 pieces
- Courgette - 1 piece
- Unrefined Sunflower Oil - 3 tablespoons
- Ocean salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Chop the green onion tops.
Step 2
Finely chop the spinach.
Step 3
Then finely chop the arugula.
Step 4
Slice the cherry tomatoes thinly and add salt.
Step 5
Combine the tomatoes and greens in a deep bowl.
Step 6
Add the thinly sliced radishes and cucumber.
Step 7
Dress with oil and mix well.
Step 8
Peel the garlic.
Step 9
Press the garlic using a garlic press.
Step 10
Add more salt if necessary and serve.
