  • Crucian Carp - 1 piece
  • Cilantro - 0.3 bunches
  • Marinated cherries - 1.8 oz
  • 20% Sour Cream - 1 tablespoon
  • Mayonnaise - 1½ teaspoons
  • Ocean salt - 0.2 oz
  • Ground Black Pepper - 0.2 oz
  • Sumac - 0.2 oz
  • Lemon - to taste
  • Herbs - to taste

Finely chop the cilantro.

Cut the tomatoes into small pieces.

Combine them in a deep bowl, add salt, and mix.
