Black Sea Trout
Ingredients
- Crucian Carp - 1 piece
- Cilantro - 0.3 bunches
- Marinated cherries - 1.8 oz
- 20% Sour Cream - 1 tablespoon
- Mayonnaise - 1½ teaspoons
- Ocean salt - 0.2 oz
- Ground Black Pepper - 0.2 oz
- Sumac - 0.2 oz
- Lemon - to taste
- Herbs - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Finely chop the cilantro.
Step 2
Cut the tomatoes into small pieces.
Step 3
Combine them in a deep bowl, add salt, and mix.
Step 4
Add the sour cream.
Step 5
Then add the mayonnaise.
Step 6
Season with black pepper and sumac. Mix thoroughly.
Step 7
Gut the fish and stuff it with the resulting sauce. Brush the outside with the liquid part of the remaining sauce.
Step 8
Place the fish in melted butter in a skillet.
Step 9
Once the fish is browned, flip it over.
Step 10
Reduce the heat and cover with a lid.
Step 11
After 5–6 minutes, transfer to a plate with herbs and serve with a slice of lemon.
