- 10% cream - 3.5 oz

Cut the blue cheese into cubes. Place it in a ceramic bowl and melt it in the microwave (15–20 seconds, depending on the microwave) or in a water bath. It doesn't need to be melted to a liquid state; it just needs to be very well softened.
