- Blue Ling Fillet - 6 pieces
- Cake crumbs - 4.4 oz
- Chopped Sage Leaves - 1.8 oz
- Shallot - 2 pieces
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Walnuts - 2 fl oz
- Roasted Peanuts - 1.4 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Preheat the grill in the oven. Grease a large baking sheet with oil.
Step 2
In a food processor, lightly chop the breadcrumbs, parsley, finely chopped shallot, and minced garlic, but do not blend to a uniform mass. Add the nuts and chop lightly again.
Step 3
Place the fish on the baking sheet and spread the breadcrumb mixture on top, pressing down slightly and smoothing it out.
Step 4
Put the baking sheet under the grill for 2 minutes to brown the top crust.
Step 5
Set the oven temperature to 356°F and bake the fish for another 6 minutes until cooked through.
