  • Salt - to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste

Step 1

Clean the tripe, wash it, boil with the carrot and parsley root for 3-4 hours, cool, sprinkle with crushed garlic, pepper, and herbs, tightly roll into a log, tie it, and boil again in the same broth.

Step 2
