- Onion - 0.9 oz
- Clarified Butter - 0.9 oz
- Chinese green beans - 7.1 oz
- Tomatoes - 1.8 oz
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Parsley - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Boil the prepared chicken, cut it into pieces, and strain the broth.
Step 2
Place the chicken pieces in a pot, add sautéed finely chopped onion, salt, pepper, sautéed green beans in butter, halved tomatoes, cover with a lid, and bring to a boil over low heat.
Step 3
Serve the chicken, sprinkled with parsley.
