Ingredients
- Salad Potatoes - 28.2 oz
- Orange Bell Peppers - 2 pieces
- Onion - 1 piece
- Butter - 2 tablespoons
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Lemon - 1 piece
- Chicken Broth - 17 fl oz
- Bay leaf - 1 piece
- Green peppercorns - 1 teaspoon
- Fish - 4 pieces
- Herbs - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Peel the potatoes and cut them into cubes.
Step 2
Cut the bell peppers into pieces.
Step 3
Finely chop the onion. Heat the butter in a pan and lightly sauté the onion with the potatoes and peppers, adding salt and pepper.
Step 4
Pour in the broth and simmer for 15 minutes. Wash the lemon, dry it, and remove a thin layer of zest.
Step 5
Slice the flesh into rounds.

In a large pot, bring 2 liters of water to a boil with the bay leaf, black peppercorns, 1 teaspoon of salt, and lemon slices.

Add the fish, cover with a lid, and cook for 10 minutes on low heat.
