  • Fish - 17.6 oz
  • Salad Potatoes - 28.2 oz
  • Vinegar essence - 1 teaspoon
  • Vegetable Oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Salt - to taste
  • Parsley - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Boil the cleaned, washed, and cut fish pieces.

Step 2

When serving, remove the fish from the broth onto a plate, garnish with boiled potatoes, and drizzle with oil that has been pre-fried in a pan until golden.

Step 3

Add parsley to the oil and mix in the vinegar. Before drizzling the oil over the fish, drain any liquid that has accumulated on the plate from the fish.
