- Butter - 0.2 oz
- Sour Cream - 1.1 oz
- Wheat Flour - 0.2 oz
- Prunes - 0.5 oz
- Raisins - 0.4 oz
- Apple - 0.9 oz
- Dill - 0.2 oz
- Chicken Broth - 3 fl oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Boil lean and tender meat and cut it into 2 pieces.
Step 2
Prepare the sauce from flour, sour cream, and vegetable broth, and soak the raisins and prunes in cold water.
Step 3
At the same time, chop the apples and prunes. In a pot, place the butter, add a little water, put the meat in, sprinkle the fruits on top, cover with a lid, and simmer for 5 minutes, then pour in the sauce and simmer for another 10–15 minutes.
Step 4
Before serving, sprinkle with chopped herbs.
