- Soy Meat - 7.1 oz
- Tomato Sauce - 24.7 oz
- Celery - 2 pieces
- Onion - 1 head
- Carrot - 1 piece
- Olive Oil - 4 tablespoons
- Bay leaf - 1 piece
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
In a pot of salted water, boil the soy meat for 10 minutes. Drain the water, place the meat in a sieve to let the remaining water drain off, and allow the soy to cool.
Step 2
In another pot, mix vegetable oil, finely chopped celery, onion, and carrot. Let the vegetables stew until the onion becomes soft. Then add the soy meat, bay leaf, salt, pepper, and tomato sauce. Let the stew simmer on low heat for 50–60 minutes.
