Ingredients
- Bonito tuna fillet - 2 lbs
- Olive Oil - 5 tablespoons
- Dry White Wine - 3 tablespoons
- Parsley - 3 stems
- Salt - to taste
- Lemon - ½ piece
- Chocolate eggs - 2 pieces
- Chopped Sage Leaves - 1 tablespoon
- Cotton Oil - 15 fl oz
- Capers - 2 tablespoons
- Cornichons - 2 pieces
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Prepare the green mayonnaise by blending the eggs, juice of half a lemon, corn oil, parsley, capers, cornichons, and salt to taste, then refrigerate.
Step 2
Preheat the oven to 392°F. Season the fish with salt and brush both sides with olive oil. Place the tuna in a baking dish with thick walls and drizzle with wine.
Step 3
Bake for 20 minutes (or until browned), occasionally basting with the released juices and turning once. Transfer the fish to a warmed dish, garnish with parsley, and serve with green mayonnaise.
