- Beef - 5.3 oz
- Butter - 0.7 oz
- Onion - 0.7 oz
- Tomato Puree - 0.2 oz
- Eggplants - 3.5 oz
- Fresh Mushrooms - 3.5 oz
- Tomatoes - 2.6 oz
- Orange Bell Peppers - 0.4 oz
- Parsley - 0.2 oz
- Bay leaf - 1 piece
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Sauté tender, non-fibrous beef in butter (5 g) until a golden crust forms, then add tomato puree, 1/2 cup of water, bay leaf, and simmer covered on low heat until cooked; then cut the meat into 3 slices and in the same pot add finely chopped and sautéed onion, mushrooms, and bell pepper. After that, simmer for 5–8 minutes.
Step 2
Place the cooked meat on a plate, pour the sauce with mushrooms over it, and sprinkle with chopped herbs.
Step 3
Slice the eggplants and tomatoes into rounds, sauté them in butter, and arrange them alongside the meat as a garnish.
