Ingredients
- Beef - 24 oz
- Wheat Flour - 2 spoons
- Campbell's Beef Broth - 1 glass
- Onion - 2.1 oz
- Vegetable Oil - 1 tablespoon
- Potato - 6 pieces
- Carrot - 2 pieces
- Celery stalk - 2 pieces
- Ground Black Pepper - a pinch
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the meat into small pieces and lightly coat them in flour.
Step 2
Preheat a skillet over medium heat and add vegetable oil. Place the meat in the skillet and sear until golden brown.
Step 3
Then add the broth and finely chopped onion. Bring to a boil, reduce the heat, cover, and simmer for 1 hour.
Step 4
Add the chopped vegetables and black pepper. Cover with a lid again and simmer for another 30 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
