Description

- Sugar - 1 tablespoon
- Wheat Flour - 1 tablespoon

Step 1
Shred the peeled cabbage, place it in a pot, add a tablespoon of oil, and 1/2 cup of water or broth. Cover the pot with a lid and simmer for 40 minutes.
Step 2
Then add the sautéed onions, tomato paste, vinegar, sugar, salt, bay leaf, and pepper, and continue to simmer until cooked through, about 10 minutes.
Step 3
Once the cabbage is cooked, add the sautéed flour with oil to the pot, stir, and bring to a boil.
