Ingredients
- Fresh Mushrooms - 7.1 oz
- Skin-On Chicken Breasts - 7.1 oz
- White Cabbage - 8.8 oz
- Toasted Sesame - to taste
- Vegetable Oil - 2 tablespoons
- Onion - ¼ head
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Slice the mushrooms and sauté them in vegetable oil with the onion for about 15–20 minutes.
Step 2
Shred the cabbage and add it to the mushrooms, pouring about 100 ml of boiled hot water into the pan.
Step 3
Stir, reduce the heat, and cover with a lid. Let it simmer on low heat.
Step 4
Meanwhile, cut the chicken breast into small pieces and coat each piece in sesame seeds.
Step 5
In another pan, heat vegetable oil and fry these pieces.
Step 6
While the meat is frying, remember to stir the cabbage with mushrooms in the other pan to prevent burning.
Step 7
After about 20–25 minutes, combine the fried chicken with the cabbage and mushrooms, add salt/pepper, and simmer all together for another 10 minutes over medium heat.
Step 8
After cooking, let the dish rest for about 30 minutes.
