- White Cabbage - ¼ piece
- Chicken Broth - 8 fl oz
- Thyme - to taste
- Butter - 0.5 oz
- Worcestershire Sauce - 1 fl oz
- Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Shred the cabbage. Bring the broth to a boil, add thyme.
Step 2
Add the cabbage to the broth, cover with a lid, and keep on high heat for 5 minutes. Reduce the heat and cook for another 15-20 minutes until done, stirring occasionally.
Step 3
Add Worcestershire sauce, butter, and salt. Stir and keep on the heat for a few more minutes, by this time the remaining liquid will evaporate.
Step 4
Remove from heat and let sit covered for another 5-10 minutes.
