Description
This medley of two types of cabbage can be a wonderful standalone dish during fasting or for those following a specific dietary protocol. You can enhance the dish with other vegetables, such as carrots or turnips. The key is to monitor the doneness of the vegetables. For example, having some ingredients cooked al dente while others are fully cooked will give the dish an interesting flavor and texture. The same applies to spices; you can substitute them to your taste or add freshly chopped herbs at the end of cooking. It can be served as a side dish or as a main course.
