Description
In this recipe, you can use turkey fillet or any quick-cooking meat. Since we are cooking without water or broth, it is recommended to take slightly frozen products; they will thaw and create broth. The amount of vegetables or herbs can be adjusted, as well as the spices.

- "Petelinka Thigh Fillet" - 2 lbs
- Tomatoes - 2 pieces
- Orange Bell Peppers - 1 piece
- Onion - 1 piece
- Vegetable Oil - 5 tablespoons
- Herbs - 3 stems
- Oregano - 1 teaspoon
- Ground Dried Garlic - 2 teaspoons
- Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Prepare the ingredients, rinse the fillet.
Step 2
Peel and slice the onion into half rings.
Step 3
Slice the tomato into half rings, then into quarters (or in a way that is convenient for you).
Step 4
Cut the pepper into strips or half rings.
Step 5
Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan, wok, or saucepan and start frying the pepper.

Then add the onion.

Next, add the tomatoes.

Chop the herbs coarsely.

Add to the cooking vegetables.

Mix everything and salt to taste (about 1 teaspoon of salt).

Place the thigh fillet on top.

Mix everything and braise under a lid until the chicken is almost cooked, stirring occasionally.
