- Onion - 0.9 oz
- Clarified Butter - 0.7 oz
- Okra - 3.5 oz
- Tomatoes - 7.1 oz
- Lemon - 0.5 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Parsley - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Boil the prepared chicken and cut it into pieces, strain the broth.
Step 2
Place the chicken pieces in a pot, add sautéed finely chopped onion, washed okra, lemon juice, salt, pepper, halved tomatoes, cover with a lid, and simmer on low heat until cooked through.
Step 3
The chicken can be processed and braised without cutting it into pieces.
Step 4
Serve the chicken, sprinkled with parsley.
