  • Chicken fillet - 17.6 oz
  • Pitted Wild Apricots - 3.5 oz
  • Butter - 1.8 oz
  • Carrot - 1 piece
  • Parsley - 0.5 oz
  • Salt - to taste
  • Wheat Flour - 2 spoons
