- Vegetable Oil - 2 tablespoons
- Onion - 1 piece
- Sugar - 1 tablespoon
- Black Cumin (Cumin) - to taste
- Malt Vinegar - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - to taste
- Wheat Flour - 1 tablespoon

Wash the kohlrabi, peel it, and cut it into strips (or grate it on a coarse grater).
Step 2
Peel and chop the onion, then sauté it in vegetable oil until translucent. Sprinkle with sugar and heat until the sugar caramelizes.
Step 3
Add the kohlrabi, season with salt, and add cumin. Pour in 100 ml of hot water and cook covered for 35 minutes, stirring occasionally. Sprinkle the kohlrabi with flour, mix, and cook until tender. Drizzle with vinegar.
