  • Onion - 3 heads
  • Lamb - 17.6 oz
  • Carrot - 2 pieces
  • Turnips - 1 piece
  • Rutabaga - 1 piece
  • Garlic - 5 cloves
  • Salt - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Cut the lamb into pieces of 25-30 g, sprinkle with salt and pepper, and sauté.

Step 2

Slice the carrot, onion, turnip, and rutabaga.

Step 3

Place the prepared meat in a clay pot, add the vegetables, salt, and a little broth.

Step 4

Simmer until cooked under a closed lid.

Step 5

At the end of cooking, pour off some broth, dilute it with sautéed flour.

Step 6

Pour the resulting sauce into the pot and add chopped garlic.
