Step 1
Cut the lamb into pieces of 25-30 g, sprinkle with salt and pepper, and sauté.

Slice the carrot, onion, turnip, and rutabaga.
Step 3
Place the prepared meat in a clay pot, add the vegetables, salt, and a little broth.
Step 4
Simmer until cooked under a closed lid.
