Ingredients
- Chicken fillet - 24.7 oz
- Rosemary - 2 sprigs
- Garlic - 4 cloves
- White Balsamic Cream - 1 fl oz
- Ground coriander - a pinch
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Pickled pearl onions - ½ head
- Pear Jam - 3 tablespoons
- Olive Oil - 5 tablespoons
- Toasted Sesame - 2 tablespoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Rinse the turkey fillet in cold water.
Step 2
Place in a marinating dish; add olive oil and balsamic vinegar — mix well.
Step 3
Then add coriander, peel fresh rosemary, and rub the petals into the turkey meat.
Step 4
Add ground black pepper and salt to taste.
Step 5
Slice the onion, and cut the whole garlic into four pieces. Make incisions in the meat and insert the garlic inside.
Step 6
Rub with onion and let marinate for half an hour.
Step 7
Bake in foil for 30 minutes at 428°F, then open the top layer of foil and drizzle with cherry jam.
