  • Milk - 3 qt
  • Carrot - 5.3 oz
  • Onion - 2 heads
  • Salt - to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Grate the carrot on a coarse grater, slice the onion into half rings.

Cut the udder into cubes.

Step 3

Sauté the onion and carrot until golden brown.

Step 4

Add the pieces of udder to the sautéed onion and carrot, fry everything together, pour in the milk, and simmer for 3 hours on low heat, adding salt and pepper to taste.
