  • Green pickled tomatoes - 3 pieces

  • Garlic - 1 clove
  • Vinegar essence - 1 teaspoon
  • Vegetable Oil - 5 tablespoons
  • Salt - to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste
  • Parsley - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Toast the slices of rye bread in a toaster or on a baking sheet in the oven, then cut into cubes.

Step 2

Finely chop the peeled onion.

Step 3

Chop the parsley.

Step 4

Peel the pickled tomatoes and cut them into cubes.

Step 5

For the dressing, mix vegetable oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, and finely chopped garlic.

Step 6

In a large bowl, combine the bread, onion, and tomatoes, drizzle with the dressing, and mix gently.
